The Service Desk takes over when contracts are signed and services implemented and in place. We guarantee a central point of contact for all our customers to ensure availability at all agreed times.

Additionally, the continuous support and maintenance should be agreed by signing a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA defines different parameters: amongst others service description, mutual responsibilities, service hours and availability or service performance. The key criteria for any information to be contained within an SLA is that it must be measurable to give our customer the ability to monitor the respective services.

It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify. The certificate is valid for three years.
